Who are the appraisers at Emadi Appraisals?
Emadi Appraisals Ltd. is a principal-led, independent appraisal firm at 354 Davenport Road, Suite 301, Toronto. It is led by Mehrnaz Emadi, P.App., CRA, with senior valuation oversight from Howard Sebastian Christie, AACI, P.App., who brings more than 20 years of experience in municipal assessment, private-sector appraisal and consulting.

Residential properties (detached, semi-detached, condominium, townhouse, duplex and triplex homes, and vacant residential land), small apartment buildings and investor-owned rentals, and, within defined scope, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial and development land.

All work follows the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and the requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Every report is reviewed by a designated appraiser before it is released.
