Questions clients ask.

What standards do your reports follow?

All work follows the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and the requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Every report is reviewed by a designated appraiser before it is released.

What information should I have ready?

The property address, purpose of the appraisal, intended users, required effective date and any deadline. Relevant plans, leases or other property documents help us define the scope.

How much will the appraisal cost?

The fee depends on the property, location, complexity and scope. We confirm the fee and anticipated delivery date in your quote before you engage us.
